These Terms govern your membership and use of the website and events of Infinite Attraction, LLC, doing business as Mezcal Social Club. By joining or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older to join, attend events, or use this site. Valid ID showing legal drinking age is required at events. Please drink responsibly.
Membership & pricing
Membership is annual. The founding rate is $150 for the first year and stays locked as long as you remain a member; after the founding class fills, the rate is $200 per year. The Founding Duo covers two named people. Prices and benefits may change for new or renewing members, and we'll give notice of material changes.
Payments
Membership and event payments are processed by third-party providers such as Luma and Stripe, and are subject to their terms. You authorize the applicable charges when you complete a purchase.
Renewal, cancellation & refunds
All sales are final. Membership is annual and all payments are non-refundable. Once you join, your fee is not returned for any reason, including if you don't attend events, choose to leave, or are dissatisfied. To stop future charges, simply don't renew; your benefits continue through the end of your paid year. We're in early days and actively building member features. By joining, you understand some features are still in progress and agree to bear with us as we make your membership more valuable over time. Payments are also handled by our processors (Luma and Stripe) and subject to their terms. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
What membership includes
Membership gives you member pricing on tastings, access to members-only nights, the tasting passport, the member directory and features, and partner perks. Membership does not include the cost of event tickets or the alcohol served, you pay the member rate for tastings. Partner perks depend on each partner and may change or end.
Member conduct
We're a community built on respect. We may suspend or end a membership, without refund, for conduct that harms our members, partners, staff, or the spirit of the club, including harassment or unsafe behavior at events.
Events & media
Events require legal drinking age and valid ID, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated.
Photo & video release. Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you grant Infinite Attraction, LLC and Mezcal Social Club the irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual right to photograph and record you and to use, reproduce, edit, and publish your name, image, voice, and likeness, in any media now known or later developed, including our website, social media, and Instagram, and in materials we share with the brands and partners we work with, for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes, without compensation or further approval. If you'd prefer not to be featured going forward, let our team know at the event or email info@mezcalsocialclub.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Assumption of risk, release & indemnification
Voluntary participation and assumption of risk. Membership and attendance at any Mezcal Social Club event are entirely voluntary. You understand that attending tastings and events, and consuming alcohol, carry inherent and unforeseeable risks, including but not limited to the effects of alcohol consumption and intoxication; allergic or adverse reactions to food, drink, or ingredients; slips, trips, and falls; illness; contact with or the conduct of other attendees; conditions at third-party venues; and travel to and from events. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether or not specifically described here.
Release and waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, on behalf of yourself, any guest you bring, and your heirs and representatives, release, waive, and agree not to sue Infinite Attraction, LLC and Mezcal Social Club, and their owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, partner brands, and host venues (the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, demands, injuries, illness, damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your membership, your attendance at any event, or your or your guest's consumption of alcohol, even if caused by the ordinary negligence of a Released Party. This release does not apply to liability that cannot be waived under applicable law, including gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your own acts or omissions, your intoxication, your violation of these Terms, or the conduct of any guest you bring.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own alcohol consumption and for arranging safe transportation. You agree not to drive or operate a vehicle while impaired. We may refuse or stop service to anyone who appears intoxicated and remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive, without refund. If you bring a guest, you are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements and agree to these Terms, and you accept these risks and this release on their behalf.
Third-party links
Our site links to third parties, including brand sites and "buy" links to retailers. We are not the seller and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or availability.
Disclaimers & liability
The site and membership are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mezcal Social Club is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, your membership, or attendance at events. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use or membership means you accept the updated Terms.
